Scenic Hills Community Overview

Scenic Hills is a residential community located east of Interstate 35 and off Farm Road 1103 about sixteen miles west-northwest of Seguin in western Guadalupe County near the Comal County line. The subdivision began by the mid-1980s and reported a population of 150 in 1990. In 2000 the population was 170.
