Discover Shangri La: A Hidden Gem on the Colorado River

Shangri La is located on the Colorado River several miles downstream from the Roy Inks Dam and twelve miles southwest of Burnet in western Burnet County. This community was shown on maps by the early 1980s. In 2000 the population was fifty-eight.
